Tiramisu Pudding Shot

 

Directions

Small box instant vanilla pudding

1 Cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 Cup milk

1/2 Cup rum

1/4 Cup Coffee flavored liqueur 

1 Cup coffee

8oz Tub of non dairy whipped topping

Package of sponge cake (shaped like large fingers).

Cocoa powder

2oz. Condiment cups with lids.

 

Wisk cream, milk, rum and coffee liqueur.  Fold in non dairy whipped topping.  Divide each sponge finger into three sections.  Dunk one of the thirds in coffee, place in the bottom of the cup, pour or spoon the pudding mixture on top of the sponge. Repeat this process until all of the pieces of sponge cake and or pudding is used.  Sprinkle with cocoa powder.  Place lid on and freeze.  Eat whenever.   Feel free to double this recipe.  I usually do. ;)   Enjoy!
