Pumpkin Cheesecake Pudding Shot

 

Small pkg instant pumpkin pudding ( Can be difficult to find! )

Small pkg instant cheesecake pudding 

2 Cups milk

1 1/2 Cups vanilla or whipped cream vodka

1 tub of non-dairy whipped topping

( freezer aisle )

Graham crackers, crushed. 

2 oz. Condiment cups

 

In separate bowls mix puddings with 1 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of vodka.  Split the tub of whipped topping in half and fold into each pudding mixture.  Fill cups halfway with the cheesecake pudding mixture.  Place in freezer until firm.  Pour or spoon pumpkin mixture on top of the cheesecake.  Top with crushed graham crackers and throw them back in the freezer.  I like mine frozen with lids on so that I can take them anywhere at any time.  Good luck finding pumpkin pudding.  It's only available in early autumn and man is it difficult to find. Stock up on it when you do find it. ;) Trust me!
