Peppermint Chocolate Pudding Shot

 

5.1oz pkg. Instant vanilla pudding

8oz. Container non dairy whipped topping

6 Candy canes (Peppermint flavored) crushed

2/3 Cup vanilla vodka or whipped cream vodka

1/3 Cup Peppermint flavored liqueur

1 1/2 Cups milk

1 - 2 Containers of " Magical" chocolate fudge shell. (syrup that quickly hardens on cold surfaces.)

40 - 2oz size Condiment cups with lids

 

Crush candy canes in a zippered sandwich bag  into small pieces. Put a pinch of crushed candy canes in the bottom of every cup.In large bowl using a wire wisk, wisk together pudding, milk, vodka and liqueur. Fold in non dairy whipped topping with a rubber spatula. Pour or spoon mixture into cups approximately ¾ full. Place on cookie sheets UNCOVERED in freezer until they set up.After firm/frozen to the touch, remove from freezer. Squeeze magical chocolate fudge syrup on top of cups in a thin layer to coat. Place lids on cups and refreeze until you are ready to serve. Serve frozen, slightly thawed with a spoon. Yields approximately 40, depending on the pours.Enjoy!
