Coconut Cream Pie Pudding Shot

 

Small box of instant coconut pudding mix

1 Cup milk

3/4 Cup coconut flavored rum

1 Small tub of non-dairy whipped topping

( freezer aisle )

Graham crackers, crushed

Optional - shredded coconut possibly toasted

 

Directions: 

 

Wisk pudding, milk and rum in a bowl.  Fold in whipped topping.  Pour or spoon into cups and add a pinch or two of crushed graham crackers to the top.  Something fun to try might be to add some shredded or toasted coconut to the bottom of the cup first.  ;)  I usually put a lid on my cups and stick them in the freezer for later. 

Now grab some flip flops and a beach chair.  Let's go find this island and cheers!!!!
